MistNex Platform Terms of Use

MistNex Dynamics ("we", "our", "us") provides platforms, portals, and messaging automation systems. These Terms govern your access to and use of our systems.

• By accessing or using our platforms, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws.

• Our systems must be used for lawful business or organizational purposes only.
• You agree not to misuse our services for spam, illegal activity, or unauthorized data collection.
• Automated scripts, scraping, or system abuse are strictly prohibited.

3. User Accounts and Access

• All activities under your account are your responsibility unless reported and investigated.

• All platform code, designs, and content remain the property of MistNex unless explicitly transferred by contract.

5. Service Availability

• We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
• We may perform maintenance, updates, or security patches without prior notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

• MistNex is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses resulting from use or inability to use the system.
• Your sole remedy for any issues is the repair or replacement of affected modules.

7. Payment and Refunds

• Unless stated otherwise, all payments are due upon invoicing.
• No refunds are issued for completed and delivered work or subscriptions in progress.

8. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate access if there's a breach of these Terms or misuse of the system.
• You may request closure of your account at any time.

9. Changes to These Terms

• We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use means you accept the latest version.
