MistNex Platform Terms of Use

MistNex Dynamics (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides platforms, portals, and messaging automation systems. These Terms govern your access to and use of our systems.
1. Acceptance of Terms
- By accessing or using our platforms, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws.
2. Use of Services
- Our systems must be used for lawful business or organizational purposes only.
- You agree not to misuse our services for spam, illegal activity, or unauthorized data collection.
- Automated scripts, scraping, or system abuse are strictly prohibited.
3. User Accounts and Access
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- All activities under your account are your responsibility unless reported and investigated.
4. Intellectual Property
- All platform code, designs, and content remain the property of MistNex unless explicitly transferred by contract.
- You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or resell any part of the system without permission.
5. Service Availability
- We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
- We may perform maintenance, updates, or security patches without prior notice.
6. Limitation of Liability
- MistNex is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses resulting from use or inability to use the system.
- Your sole remedy for any issues is the repair or replacement of affected modules.
7. Payment and Refunds
- Unless stated otherwise, all payments are due upon invoicing.
- No refunds are issued for completed and delivered work or subscriptions in progress.
8. Termination
- We may suspend or terminate access if there’s a breach of these Terms or misuse of the system.
- You may request closure of your account at any time.
9. Changes to These Terms
- We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use means you accept the latest version.
