2. Mobile App Permissions

Important for Play Store Users: Our app requests specific permissions to function:

  • Camera: To scan visitor IDs and QR codes at the gate.
  • Notifications: To alert residents instantly when a visitor arrives.
  • Location: Used only for geofencing gate entries (if enabled by your estate).

3. How We Use Your Data

The information collected is used strictly for:

  • Validating visitor entry and exit in real-time.
  • Maintaining a digital "Movement Feed" for estate security audits.
  • Generating emergency contact lists for estate managers.
  • Preventing unauthorized access to the community.

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell your data. Data is only shared with:

  • Estate Management: The administrators of your specific gated community.
  • Security Personnel: Guards at the gate use this data to verify entries.
